Moon and Regulus
The MOON is in its waxing gibbous phase (full moon is next Wednesday, March 27). It is visible in the southeast at sunset and sets in the wee hours of the morning. This weekend it passes by the bright star REGULUS. On Saturday, you will see REGULUS to the left of the MOON, and on Sunday, the moon will have moved below Regulus.
